Refunds and Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your product, I’m here to help! I offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a refund to the original payment method, or for a new/different product (if the product you received is damaged or defective on arrival).
General
You are only eligible for a refund or a return if you contact me within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you can no longer apply for a (full) refund or return. Please note the following when applying for a refund:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as they were on the day you received them. They must show no visible signs of wear or use.
- Any additional items you received for free do not have to be returned unless stated otherwise.
Returns
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email once I confirm everything is in order.
- Send all items back to me using the label provided.
If you have created an account on my site, this will expedite the return process due to me being able to confirm your purchase in my shop’s database.
I reserve the right to deny a refund or only issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. In this email I will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, one of the following will take place:
- Your money will be deposited to your original method of payment. Please take into account that, depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take some time before your refund shows up on your account.
- Store credit will be applied to your account on my website.
If you have not received your refund within 7 work days after receiving a notification email from me, please make sure to contact your bank/credit card company first.
If you have not received your refund within 14 work days after receiving a notification email from me, please fill out the contact form on the Contact page or send me an email with ‘Refund Issue’ in the subject line.
Exchanges
If the purchased item you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact me immediately at readysetgameshop@gmail.com, so we can work on a solution.
